Understanding the need.
You call us or write on WhatsApp. We take in your profile, your dates, your budget and the context (assignment, tourism, event).

A fitting proposal.
Within an hour on a working day, we send a selection of apartments and/or vehicles with a transparent, itemised quote. No hidden fees.

Booking & contract.
Quote approved, a plain contract signed, a deposit paid (30 to 50%). Mobile Money, bank transfer or cash — your choice.

Follow-up & support.
Keys handed over or the vehicle delivered. Our team stays available around the clock for any request, problem or extension throughout your stay.
